Complicated!

beware - its a very large image size :)

Do we get an explanation in case we ever go there?

The red button (止) means to stop. The blue button (おしり) means "butt". The purple one (ビデ) means "bidet".

I couldn't tell much different between blue and purple - I liked neither one. I think there may have been an slight difference in the angle.

I don't know what all the other stuff means. Maybe controlling the heating (which I also didn't like).

neat

what a newb

Elevator doors, too

Here's an interesting discussion of manhole covers: <http://tinyurl.com/ak3b4>

I don't know what to call it. I wish I could've seen it in action.

testing words

What if your neighbour parked his car on the lower level, and yours is on the upper level? I think they'll need to add a key rack ;-)

Apparently, it discourages smoking.

what happens if I post down here.

I think we should start writing Japanese stories and post them around town, to return the favor.

They speak the same language, but their numbers are all different.

Wait, it only costs 7 CAD to buy a smokestack, but it costs 90 something CAD to get gas? Wow. That's hilarious! Now I know why my Canadian cousin acts so strange all the time hehehe! (BTW: I'm American, and we only pay avg $2 per gallon of gas, so I'm not too sure about the crazies north of the border).

Here, we say "Native American". There, they say "First Nations".

This is a First Nation representation of the orca. They have a lot of respect for it.
